SEEING AROUND CORNERS SINCE 1997
The late 90’s marked the beginning of several disruptive technological and social forces. Among them, commercial and consumer broadband, wireless, and social networking all continue to impact how companies and people engage with each other.
It also marked the founding of Apex. Our founder knew that the commercial furnishings and moving market didn’t need another brawny guy with a box truck—a good thing, because our founder, Marlaine McCauley, is a woman. She saw the widening gap between what traditional moving and facilities management service companies were offering and the increasingly complex and interconnected services that contemporary organizations needed.
Demographic trends have changed the work force. Companies have redefined what a traditional office looks like and how it functions. Even the definition of what it means to “come to work” has changed, culminating in the nature of work itself being forever altered.
Apex helps companies thrive in this new reality.
Customers are our Number One priority and we will do whatever is necessary to exceed their expectations.
We operate with a sense of urgency in everything we do. Through proactive communication we deliver exceptional results.
We support our employees’ professional and personal growth through training, frequent performance management conversations and opportunities to advance within the organization.
Our success is dependent upon our ability to quickly adjust to meet the changing needs of our customers and our market.
We are in this together…one team.
We passionately pursue excellence because we stake our reputation on it.
We use our multi-faceted expertise to make the complex simple for our clients.
We integrate high-touch service and innovative products to deliver high-performance workspaces. These are workspaces that are physically adaptable, culturally attuned and sustainable—both environmentally and economically.
Studies show that people are more productive when they’re empowered to choose where best to get their work done. Some tasks require focus, while others feed on collaboration – providing appropriate options for your team improves performance and strengthens your culture.
Apex improves the lives of others by delivering innovative workspace solutions built for the changes ahead.
