In 2020, Marlin Equity Partners completed the acquisition of AVI-SPL, a digital workplace collaboration solutions provider, and subsequently the merger of Whitlock, an existing portfolio company. The merger of the two companies created a need to sync the brand standards and office designs so both can cohesively represent AVI-SPL. Since the start of the merger, AVI-SPL enlisted Apex to manage all of their FF&E services which have so far included 10 offices across the country.
